TRANSITIONS:
A FREE networking group for Lorain County (and surrounding areas) business professionals who are currently in the job market, concerned about a possible job loss, or contemplating a career change.
Sessions will be held every other Monday, 7-8:30 p.m. at Lorain County Community College, Room 228 in the College Center. Those interested in attending are asked to register by calling 440 366-4076 or going to www.lorainccc.edu/careers
WOMEN'S NETWORK OF AKRON:
An organization dedicated to women helping women, is now a division of the YWCA of Summit County, 670 W. Exchange St., Akron. Founded as an advocacy and support organization for women. Regularly scheduled meetings are held in Summit, Medina, and Stark Counties. Special interest groups are served by additional programs for corporate and professional women, entrepreneurs, saleswomen, and women in the legal profession. Members who participate actively in Women's Network programs can make connections with hundreds of women throughout Northeast Ohio.
